So far so good…. so what
Well, I’ve been in Pennsylvania for a few months now, and WOW!!! The work up here is different. Good, but different. It’s great doing something other than barbed-wire and butterflies. I’ve had the opportunity to start and do some awesome pieces up here. Things that I’ve been waiting to do for a while now. My artistic abilities are slowly rising again. No more flash bullshit. YAY!!! The shop I’m at has some of the most killer customers. They actually want some cool stuff. The staff/piercers are some of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met for their field. Fyre Body Arts is the shit! Some of the guest artists that she(as in Julia, the owner) has come in here are some of the most talented guys I’ve had the privilege to meet and hang out with. Ben(Pows One) has been doing some work on me that is totally turning out awesome. He’s out of Albuquerque, NM.
The Shey and I have had some killer times hanging out with the family of Fyre. Julia is like a sister to me, so of course I’m going to be a little bias, but, she has to be one of the most knowledgeable people for the piercing field. Every piercer at the shop though is very good themselves, not disregarding them at all.
